What: Coach Led Conditioning
When: Mondays and Thursdays from 3:45pm-5:15pm
January 23rd-February 23rd
*There will be no conditioning on February 20th because of President's Day
Where: Meet on the 2nd floor by the weight room/bikes.
Who: All current and new lacrosse players. Conditioning is highly recommended but not required to play on the team. The season officially starts February 27th.
What you need to bring: Running shoes, work out clothes, water bottle, positive attitude. Please try and eat a light snack before you come to conditioning.
3:45-4pm Seniors lead warm up
4-4:30pm Weight room/circuit training
4:30-5pm Weight room/circuit training
5-5:15pm Cool down/stretching/announcements
Be Prepared For the Season
Congratulations to the Northside Women's Varsity 2016 Team for earning 2nd Place in the City Championship. This was the team's first time advancing to the championship game.
Congratulations to Lauren McManus ('16) and Audrey McManus ('19) for earning the honor of All Conference 2016 Team.
